Hotel looks great from the outside as well as the climatized pool area. It is surrounded by nature which makes it great. The hotel bathroom needs better body was soap it feels it is mixed with water. For the price it had almost no amenities no conditioner for hair as well. The hotel is a little short on staff specially in the restaurants so it makes them work harder and male you wait longer as well. The attention is overall okay.
Really beautiful hotel. Stayed here two nights in mid-September. The property is absolutely gorgeous and has many nice amenities, such as two swimming pools - one with cold and one with warm water. Breakfast was good.
The hotel is full of mold. You can smell it in the rooms. So awful. Furthermore isnt the staff very helpful or useful when it comes to questions. I asked them about a hiking tour and they had no clue. If you work in an area which is famous for its hikes, you (the staff) should at least know where to get the information from. Overall, not worth the money to stay there, sorry.
Amazing experience! Beautiful place, organized and clean. The Spa was good too.
Building, location and the heated pool was charming and special. The staff was very friendly. On the downside we were shocked from the breakfast, that was not acvording to the standard that the hotel is pricing for. The hotel rooms are good, bjt they would need some overhauling i guess. Same with the showers, its true that you flood the bathroom when taking a shower. That shows me that the management is not investing or not caring. Both is not worth a 5 stars review.
