Our original property manager did not live up to her “promises” so we decided to sell. Although we had offers, none materialized into a contract. We were referred to Beth as a property manager so we could rent while trying to sell. Once we signed on with her, she got us a renter and also a buyer! She fully lives up to her promises! She is efficient, knowledgeable and fair! We highly recommend her!!!
